Charles Dugan Obituary, Death – An accident involving a semitruck and a sport utility vehicle occurred on US-24 in Allen County, Indiana, close to where it crosses with Interstate 469, resulting in the deaths of two people. When the officers arrived, it was determined that the eastbound Kia-SUV had been slowed in traffic as it approached the road construction on US 24, and that it had been struck from behind by an eastbound Semi Tractor Trailer. When the officers arrived, it was determined that the Kia-SUV had been hit from behind by the Semi Tractor Trailer.

It was found that the Kia Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) had been struck from behind by the Semi Tractor Trailer before the cops got at the scene.
