When there were no radio stations in the area that played urban music, you came up with the brilliant idea to host weekly talent shows at the BT in order to introduce new artists to the people living in the mid-Michigan area.  You are a trailblazer in every sense of the word, and you have always had the drive to accomplish even more… you are a wonderful communicator, and you have always understood the significance of working together with others… We would debate and discuss for hours the talent that could be found in Michigan as well as the club scene that is present there. We would spend a lot of time there.

I was able to launch my career as one of the first record promoters thanks to the fact that you played my records. If you do that, I will be grateful to you until the end of time. You pushed me to become a DJ and open up my own nightclubs, both of which I did because of the inspiration you gave me. She has maintained a positive attitude throughout her life, dealt with everything in an honest manner, and offered advice that is both entertaining and useful at the same time. I’m going to miss our conversations that happened on the spur of the moment, as well as her morning posts on this platform every day.
