Chris Eaton Obituary, Death – Chris Eaton, New Mexico Baseball Coach has passed away. He was a Cibola High School alumni and baseball player. He also coached at Sandia High School. Chris is serving as the team’s head coach at the moment. When you were younger, it was a pleasure to have you participate in the baseball camps that I directed at the YMCA, and it was also a pleasure to have you serve as one of my coaching assistants for flag football. I hope that you have fond memories of those times! After that, you reach adulthood, have a prosperous coaching career, and eventually humiliate me while you’re in the opposing team’s dugout.

The amount of pride that I feel for you and everything that you have done to advance baseball at Sandia and in New Mexico is beyond what I am capable of expressing. There are many people who will be sad not to see you around after you leave. In addition to that, I want you to know how much appreciation I have for the contributions you have made to the board of directors of the New Mexico Baseball Coaches Association. A great deal of respect and admiration for you, Coach Eaton! I will always treasure our friendship, but I will always remember the last time we hugged each other at home plate in Lobo Field the most. It will forever have a significant and unique place in my heart.

As a direct result of hearing the news, each and every one of us who live in the South has been left with a miserable and oppressive feeling in our hearts. Incredible not only as a person but also as a baseball coach, friend, and model to emulate, in addition to being an all-around good human being. NM needs more A good example would be someone like Chris Eatons, who was able to motivate all of the children and wished for them to succeed on their own levels. During this most difficult time, please accept my deepest condolences on behalf of his entire family as well as the Sandia family. I will pray for each of you, and I am grateful for all that he was and all that he meant to so many different people.
