His loyal wife Colleen and their daughter Sophia, who was just 9 years old when he passed away, are the only ones to have survived his demise. He was the only one who had any living relatives. He felt an insurmountable amount of affection for his wife, and the health and happiness of his daughter was the single most important thing in the entire world to him.

I am aware that a considerable number of people have come forward to inquire about the different ways in which they might be of support during this period of need. As we continue to work our way through this challenging time, we are grateful for any and all aid that comes our way and will welcome it with open arms when it arrives. This is totally catastrophic in every way that can possibly be imagined. Throughout this extremely challenging period, I will never stop thinking about each and every one of you… How unbelievable that is is beyond description; there are no adequate words.
