Drew Ceppetelli Obituary, Resident of Barrington lady killed in Thanksgiving Day rollover crash in Portsmouth

Drew Ceppetelli Obituary, Death – According to state police, a rollover incident that occurred early on Thanksgiving morning in Portsmouth resulted in the death of a woman from Barrington and injured five other people, forcing the closure of the traffic circle for almost five hours. According to a news release, state troopers responded to a report of a rollover incident involving a single car at the junction of Route 1 Bypass South and the Portsmouth Traffic Circle in Portsmouth at around 1:17 a.m. on Thursday. The crash was reported to have occurred at this location.
A preliminary investigation conducted by state police indicates that a 2018 Porsche Macan driven by a man named by officials as Tyler N. Troy, 22, of Northwood, was traveling along Route 1 Bypass South approaching the Portsmouth Traffic Circle when the vehicle went off the left side of the roadway and onto a curbed divider. The driver of the vehicle has been identified as Tyler N. Troy. The grass median in the middle of the Portsmouth traffic circle is where the Porsche is said to have rolled multiple times after entering the travel area of the traffic circle. According to the police.
According to the authorities, Troy and five other people were traveling in the Porsche at the time of the collision. State police reported that several of the people were forced out of the vehicle. Almost immediately after the collision, the police from Portsmouth and several cars who were passing by pulled over to the scene to assist the victims until the arrival of emergency medical services. According to the state police, four of the occupants were taken to Portsmouth Regional Hospital for treatment of critical injuries, while Troy and another occupant were taken to Wentworth-Douglass Hospital for treatment of injuries that were not considered to be life threatening.
In a news release, state police stated that “about five hours after the incident, one of the occupants succumbed to their injuries at Portsmouth Regional Hospital.” Drew Ceppetelli, 21, a resident of Barrington, was found to have passed away, according to the state police. According to the state police, no other information regarding the names of the remaining occupants of the Porsche will be made public at this time.
