When I first heard the terrible news, my initial reactions were ones of shock and sadness; please accept my condolences on behalf of the family. She epitomized what it meant to be a lady who exuded grace and sophistication. She was perfect in every way. Elva was a very dependable member of the community, and she was always ready to lend a hand to those who were in need of assistance. As a result of hearing this information, I have the impression that everything in my life has been turned upside down. During my time as a participant in Girl in a Million, one of the individuals who was the most supportive and offered me the most assistance.

What a shocking and upsetting piece of information that relates to Elva. My heartfelt condolences go out to her family and to all of her dear friends who were shocked and upset to hear of her passing. I ask that you please accept my sincere condolences. A memorial service is scheduled to take place at the Bribie Island RSL Club Auditorium on the afternoon of Saturday, November 26th, 2022, at three o’clock in the afternoon. The date and time are subject to change. There has been no decision made regarding the time or date of the event as of yet.
