Jack Waterworth Obituary, Death – Jack Dean Waterworth, who was 88 years old and lived in Wellington, Missouri, passed away on November 22, 2022 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Blue Springs. He was surrounded by his family. On Sunday, November 27, 2022, from noon until one o’clock in the afternoon, a visitation will take place at the Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home located at 306 S. 2nd St. in Odessa, Missouri 64076. On Sunday, November 27, 2022, at one o’clock in the afternoon, there will be a funeral service held at the funeral home. Greenton Cemetery, located in Odessa, Missouri, has been selected as the final resting place for the deceased.
It has been suggested that memorial contributions be made to the Wellington-Napoleon Booster Club. On January 20, 1934, in the town of Competition, Missouri, Charles and Bryna (Jones) Waterworth welcomed a son named Jack into the world. He received his diploma from Plato High School in the year 1953. After completing his education, he found employment with a gas company and eventually retired from Missouri Gas Energy. Jack was a part-time farmer who enjoyed going fox hunting and training his dogs in addition to his other activities.
Jack is survived by his wife, Inez (Goldsmith) Waterworth, three children and their spouses, Mike Waterworth and wife Gwen of Wellington, Missouri, Sherry Young and husband Mark of Boulder, Colorado, and Steven Waterworth and wife Susan of Odessa, Missouri, as well as his grandchildren, Michael Waterworth, Logan Waterworth (Courtney), Andrew Young, Alex Young, Adam Young, Allison Young, Atticus Young, Blaine Waterworth (Nikki), and Blake Waterworth (Sheila),
