Jackie Booysens Obituary, Death – The most discouraging news was brought to our attention yesterday, and there is no question that we were not ready for it in any way, shape, or form. An unexpected and tragic accident took the life of Jackie Booysens, a veterinarian who had worked at Northdene Vet, yesterday morning. Jackie, the continued existence of Krissy is directly attributable to the fact that you wouldn’t let me give up on her from the very beginning.

As a result, you are directly responsible for her survival and are directly attributable for the fact that she is still alive. You were the most devoted, loving, and compassionate person; you were always happy, and you had such a bubbly personality. I will miss you so much. You were the heart and soul of the animal hospital where you worked. Always prepared to extend a helping hand to any animal that finds itself in a difficult situation.

Because of this, I am extremely thankful that our lives were able to intersect at the precise moment that they did. I am going to miss our daily conversations as well as our coffee and lunch outings together, and because of this, I am extremely grateful that our lives were able to intersect at the precise moment that they did. When I woke up this morning, my first thought was that I must have been having a nightmare, but then I realized how serious the situation was, and the numbness in my body hasn’t gone away even though it’s been several hours.

Our deepest condolences go out to Jackie’s family and friends, including her husband and their two sons, as well as Jackie’s parents and the people with whom she was professionally affiliated. We are deeply saddened by Jackie’s passing.
