Mr. Chandler had spent his entire life in Marshall. Mr. Jackie Chandler had lived in Marshall for the duration of his entire life. Mr. Chandler had lived to the age of 76 when he passed away, making him the senior citizen age bracket. Jackie Chandler was raised by his grandparents because neither of his biological parents, Jeter Chandler and Hazel Gosnell Chandler, was alive when he was born.
