She was a member of the Jordan family. At the time of her passing, she was embraced by her loving family members who had been by her side throughout her life. On November 18th, 1952, she was brought into this world by her late parents, Clyde Bell and Virginia Bell. Her mother and father have both passed away since then.
The only two of Jeanne’s children who are still alive are Jenny Rebecca (Becky) Perdas and her husband Scott, who live in Sciotoville, and Adam Ray Jordan and his wife Denice, who live in South Webster. She is also survived by her three grandchildren, Adam Luke (Whitney) Jordan, Emily Marie (Casey) Jones, and Zachary William Perdas; her great-grandchildren, Karsyn and Elliot Savage, Aubree Jordan, Peyton Jordan, Madison Lynn, who will be arriving in April 2023, Addi and Avery Perdas; and her sister-in-law, Betty Jean Jordan.
The care that Jeanne Bell received from the staff at Progressive Care in her final days was exceptional, and Jeanne Bell’s family would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every member of that staff. She was treated with the deference that befits a queen.
She was preceded in death by her brothers David and Chuck Bell, her sister Sandra (Ginger) Ruggles, and her sister Cathy Kirby. Her parents were also among those who passed away before her. She had a deep love for her three nephews, Cruen (Butch) Long, Charles (Ralph) Ruggles Jr., and John David Bell, all of whom died before her. She was also the aunt of Cruen (Butch) Long.
