Jeff Whitehead Obituary, Death – Margie Sue and Marion Warren Whitehead welcomed Jeffrey Warren Whitehead into the world on September 23, 1966. Although Jeffrey did well in school, he was shy and quiet around others. He was benevolent, nurturing, compassionate, and faithful. Everyone who met him immediately adored him. In 1991, he received his degree from California State University. While employed by a Harris Department store, he first met Jodi, the woman who would become his wife. They fell in love right away and got married in Redlands, California, in 1995. He was a devoted and helpful father to their three children, Dakota Wylde, Savannah “Savvy” Whitehead, and Georgia Santiago as well as their two other children, Taylor Wylde and Felipe Santiago. He was a kind husband and son as well. They brought up their kids in California’s High Desert.
As a systems engineer, Jeff worked for Connell, which later became GTE and eventually Verizon. His coworkers admired him for his integrity, manner, and work ethic—qualities he instilled in his kids. His marriage to Jodi lasted 26 years, as did his employment at Verizon. Jeff and Jodi visited Show Low in the Arizona White Mountains on a road trip after their children finished school and moved out, and they immediately fell in love with the small-town atmosphere and breathtaking scenery. During the epidemic, they relocated, and despite it being challenging for them to connect, they did. Everyone they knew adored him.
Jeff taught Sunday school to kids at the church for 24 years, making games from scratch to assist the kids learn concepts while having fun. Nothing made him happier than spending time with his family and having a cat on his lap, despite the fact that he liked pinball, his dogs, coding, and Coca-Cola. Despite the untimely manner in which he passed away, both his family and his loved ones will always cherish him. Please keep in mind the pleasant moments, his kind nature, his love for God, and his devotion to his family as you think of him. We adore you so much, Jeffrey, and we find solace in the knowledge that we shall one day see you again in the hope of heaven.
