Jim Flowers Obituary, Death – We are in mourning over the loss of Mr. Jim Flowers, who departed this world earlier today, and our hearts are breaking as a result. He was well-liked and respected by everyone in our community. The pain of our loss has left our hearts feeling heavy and burdened. During this trying time, we want you to know that each of us is keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. Please accept our condolences.

Without Jim’s assistance, Xclaim, Inc. never would have been able to get off the ground, much less experience the rapid expansion that it did in the early years of its existence. Jim was our very first Company Manager, and among his many responsibilities, he was in charge of production management, he oversaw the Xclaim! Performance Academy, and he assisted in the organization of the annual Tommy Awards. In addition, Jim was in charge of hiring and firing all of our employees. In addition to that, Jim was accountable for the recruitment and termination of all of our staff members.

Jim was not only a devoted mentor to the young people who took part in the program, but he was also a fervent supporter of the young people who took part in the program. He was involved in a number of productions as a leading actor and vocalist, managed the office, assisted in the construction of the scenery, costumes, and props, and, most importantly, he was a dedicated mentor. In addition to that, he was useful in the creation of the set, the costumes, and the props for the performance.

I would like to take this opportunity to ask you to keep Mark Lewis and the Flowers family in your thoughts and prayers as we continue through the rest of this Advent season. Please keep in mind that we are still celebrating Advent. I am appreciative of your thoughtful consideration of this proposition.
