The RCSD is of the opinion that this was the cause of the accident. This resulted in Purdin being ejected from the vehicle in a direct and immediate manner. This ultimately led to the vehicle being involved in the collision that took place, which was a direct consequence of the situation. After being thrown from the vehicle, it was determined at the scene of the collision that Purdin did not survive the impact.
