Landon Mccubbins Obituary, Death – On Monday, November 21, 2022, Landon Willard McCubbins, age 8, from Bardstown, Kentucky, passed away at Norton Kosair Children’s Hospital. The 26th of April, 2014 found him being brought into the world in Louisville, Kentucky. He was currently in the third grade at Boston Elementary School, where he went to school. He was very skilled with technology and had a passion for reading, drawing, and playing video games, and he also enjoyed those activities. When he was at home, he was the most caring and attentive older brother that any of his four younger sisters and brothers could have asked for. One of his favorite things to do was spend time in nature, and his grandfather and uncles were the ones who taught him how to fish and hunt.

In addition to that, he loved driving around in his go-cart. One of his favorite things to do was to ride on the tractors and in the truck that belonged to his papaw, Moose McCubbins. This was one of his favorite ways to spend time. He was the best there was at giving hugs, he loved talking to everyone, and he did everything in his power to make everyone’s day better. He had never met an unknown person before.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Lauren and David Bagshaw, both of Bardstown; his four siblings, Conner Bagshaw, Kailyn Bagshaw, Hunter Bagshaw, and Weston Bagshaw, all of Bardstown; his grandparents, Moose and Shelia McCubbins, of Boston; his uncles Shane (Emma) McCubbins of Bardstown and Ethan (Elizabeth) McCubbins; and his cousin, Grayson McC

Funeral services will be held at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 11 a.m., and the burial will take place in the cemetery of The First Cedar Creek Baptist Church. The wake will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, November 27, 2022, from 18:00 until 21:00, and on Monday, November 28, 2022, from 8:30 until 11:00. Visitation will also be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, from 8:30 until 21:00. It has been decided that the arrangements for the funeral will be handled by the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home.
