Murray Franklin Rhoads Obituary, Death – Murray On November 15, 2022 at 4:39 in the morning, Franklin Rhoads, who was 58 years old, passed away in the St. Vincent’s Mercy Medical Center in Toledo. He considered the city of Tiffin to be his permanent residence.
On February 27, 1964, in Fremont, Murray Rhoads was welcomed into the world by his late parents, Franklin and Wilma (Smith) Rhoads. He was the only child of the couple. The union between Franklin Rhoads and Wilma (Smith) Rhoads was legally recognized.
His two sisters, Deb Raby and Diane Klaiss, both of whom currently call Bettsville and Bucyrus their homes, are counted among the members of his family who have survived to this day. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, including Brad Klaiss and Robert Klaiss, both of Bettsville; Angie Klaiss of Oak Harbor; Chris Raby of Nevada; Eloise Joyce of Lancaster, South Carolina; Zach Rhoads of Tiffin; Richard Rhoads II of Germany; and Lisa Matthews of California.
In addition, he is survived by his cousins, including Richard Rhoads II of Germany. In addition to this, he is survived by his cousins, one of whom resides in Germany and is named Richard Rhoads II. Following his employment at Bettsville IGA for a period of time, Murray went on to work at Foodtown in Tiffin until that establishment finally went out of business. After that, he found work at the Kroger in Fremont, where he remained until he was hurt on the job. Murray is now retired from his career.
He had a great time both conversing with the various customers who came into the business and working alongside his numerous colleagues employees. Both of these activities brought him a lot of joy. He was able to make other people laugh and grin, and this characteristic of his will continue to be etched in people’s memories of him even after he has passed away. His sense of humor was infectious. Murray was a die-hard supporter of the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Detroit Lions, and the Detroit Red Wings sports teams.
Additionally, he was a supporter of the Detroit Pistons basketball team. In addition to that, he was an avid supporter of both Star Trek and the Blues Brothers. In addition to that, he had a passion for music and was an avid listener. His preferred genres of music were jazz and blues, and Eric Clapton was his favorite musician. Before Murray did, both of her parents, both of her brothers, Richard and David Rhoads, one of her nieces, Monica Rhoads, and one of her brothers-in-law, Gene Raby, all passed away. Murray was the only surviving member of her immediate family. Not only did Monica Rhoads outlast her children, but she also outlived both of her parents.
