Parish Small Obituary, Death – officers belonging to the Louisiana State Police According to a statement issued by the Louisiana State Police on November 26, 2022, Troop L opened an investigation into a fatal crash that involved a pedestrian on Louisiana Highway 21 near Quave Road in Washington Parish on November 25, 2022, just after 5:45 p.m. The crash occurred on November 25, 2022, and it was just after 5:45 p.m. Ben Small, age 50, was a resident of Covington, Louisiana, and he was taken from this world as a result of the accident.
