Please accept our sincere apologies. We are forced to share this information with you, and it is with the utmost sadness that we do so. As we tell you this, the agony that has been mounting up in our hearts for some time is getting close to becoming too much for us to bear. Simply entertaining the idea that we are going to have to reveal this knowledge to you is enough to make our hearts feel like they are going to burst out of our chests. We were not ready for this specific point in time, and as a consequence, we are all grieving the loss that it has brought to us as a result of it. We would be extremely grateful to you if you could be so kind as to offer us your assistance, your charming remarks, and any anecdotes that you would be willing to share with us.
